These terms and conditions govern your use of the Bentark Hotel website and the services provided by Bentark Business Group PLC (“Bentark Hotel”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or making a booking, you agree to these terms.
Use of this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only and to make genuine enquiries and bookings. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its normal operation.
The content, images, logos and design on this website are the property of Bentark Business Group PLC and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
Bookings and rates
- All bookings are subject to availability and to confirmation by the hotel.
- Room rates are quoted in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges.
- We take care to display accurate prices and information, but errors may occur. Where an obvious error is found, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel any booking made at an incorrect rate, offering you a full refund.
- Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request and may incur a charge.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking. Depending on the rate and room type, a deposit or full prepayment may be required to secure your reservation. The balance, together with any incidental charges, is payable on or before departure.
Guest responsibilities
- Guests must provide valid identification at check-in as required by law.
- Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
- We ask that guests respect other guests, our staff and hotel policies, including our non-smoking and noise policies.
- The hotel may refuse or terminate accommodation for behaviour that is unlawful, unsafe or disruptive.
Cancellations
Cancellation, amendment and no-show terms are set out in our Booking & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
Liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Addis Ababa.
